PT at Tech School

Tech School PT

Every Tech School will have their own PT schedule and routine. This routine depends on the MTLs who are at your Tech School and lead PT. Typically Tech School will consist of PT 3 times a week. This may vary from job to job in the Air Force. For me personally, It consisted of lining up in formation, stretching, doing calisthenics, and then running. Sometimes we would have a field day or sports day where we could do whatever we wanted outside, but it had to be active such as kickball, football, basketball, etc. PT usually lasted 1-1.5 hours.

In addition to organized PT, you can workout in your free time at the base gym. I would go to the gym 5 days a week in Tech School. On PT days I would do PT and then head straight to the gym after.
