Being on a set sleep schedule
Eating three meals a day
Stop eating junk food and drinking soda
Stop drinking alcohol
Stop using tobacco products or you will have withdrawals

These aren’t all the things that you need to know to be 100% prepared for Air Force Basic Military Training. But this is a good start to help you get on the right track. For everything you need to know to be fully prepared for Basic Training you’ll want to get the BMT Prep Guide and become an Exclusive Content Member. Up until this point, you’ll only be slightly prepared, It’s honestly best to be fully prepared before joining the Air Force.
