As an Operations Intelligence specialist in the 1N0X1 career field, you will play a critical role in supporting the United States Air Force's operational planning and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing intelligence data, assessing threats and risks, and providing timely and accurate intelligence support to operational units. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to national security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Intelligence Analysis: Analyze intelligence data from various sources, including signals intelligence, imagery, human intelligence, and open-source information. Evaluate the significance, reliability, and credibility of the intelligence to support operational planning and decision-making. Identify trends, patterns, and potential threats.

2. Operational Support: Provide intelligence support to operational units and missions. Collaborate with mission planners, targeting teams, and other operational personnel to ensure intelligence requirements are met. Participate in mission planning and briefings, providing relevant intelligence assessments and recommendations.

3. Threat Assessment: Assess potential threats and risks to Air Force operations and personnel. Analyze adversary capabilities, intentions, and activities. Develop intelligence products and briefings to communicate threat assessments to leadership and operational units. Monitor and report on changes in adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.

4. Intelligence Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely intelligence reports based on analysis and assessment of intelligence data. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, decision-makers, and operational units. Ensure intelligence products comply with classification guidelines and security protocols.

5. Intelligence Collection Planning: Assist in the planning and coordination of intelligence collection activities to meet operational requirements. Collaborate with intelligence collection units and agencies to ensure effective collection and dissemination of intelligence. Provide input to collection strategies and priorities.

Qualifications:

- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a top-secret security clearance.

- Successful completion of Basic Military Training and the Operations Intelligence Apprentice Course.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Proficiency in intelligence analysis techniques and tools.

- Familiarity with intelligence collection capabilities and methods.

- Knowledge of global geopolitical and security issues.

- Effective communication and briefing skills.

- Ability to handle classified information responsibly and adhere to strict security protocols.
